Here is where we answer all of your business questions!
Is KLOG also a printing company?
KLOG is not a printing company. We are only based online, however, within our Affiliations section we do direct clients to one of the best printing companies in the area.
What specific details do clients need to provide in the contact form?
Suggested details include your company name, client name and number, Hex code color, type of document, including size or measurements, and whether the design is for print, web, or mobile. You can also include which file type you would like your documents saved as. If you are not sure how your file should be saved, click on the links below to view the specific file types. If you’re not sure what any of these details mean, don’t worry, we’re here to help!
Examples: jpeg, tiff, png, psd, pdf, eps, ai, indd, IDML, etc.
Do I have the rights to the logo?
Once your logo has been completed, KLOG will issue the client a copyright release form that describes the logo design/ID and grants permission for you to reproduce the logo design by any printing service nationwide for prints, enlargements, and any type of advertisement and promotional materials. We have also provided a link to specific guidelines for registering a trademark after the logo has been purchased.
A professional website will generally take anywhere from 30 days to six months to complete.
Most of our web projects should allow 12 to 16 weeks from the time that the project kicks off to the time that the website launches. Where complexity is higher or the scope of the project is particularly large, projects can take six months or longer. However, completing a project in less time is possible.
What is the turnaround time for a website?
For a change-of-mind refund request to be considered, it must be received by our sales department within 15 days from the date of purchase. We do not require that you provide a reason for your request; however, your feedback would be appreciated. Change-of-mind refund requests are granted at the sole discretion of KLOG and are subject to approval.
All change-of-mind refund requests must pass the Terms of Use outlined on this website to be eligible for refund consideration. Change-of-mind refund requests are granted at our sole discretion. If a change-of-mind refund request is granted, the client will incur a 25 percent processing fee to cover the costs of refunding financial transactions and time spent on the client project. Change-of-mind refunds apply only to single purchases. When deciding to use a KLOG product, we strongly encourage you to review our Terms of Use before purchasing. In the case of web-based visible source products, we require that you supply us with the URL where the product was in use prior to considering your request.
